Ingredients and preparation

The classic pandoro is a typical Veronese dessert, famous for being, together with panettone, one of the typical desserts of the Christmas holidays that Italians just can not give up. The Christmas pandoro proposed in Maletti's Christmas food baskets is a particularly soft dessert, covered at will with a light layer of powdered sugar.

Like all the products offered by Maletti, the pandoro in question is also prepared following recipes of ancient tradition, with raw materials, such as flour, eggs and butter, of excellent quality. For its preparation, moreover, the various phases of leavening and rest after cooking are respected which, as known, are necessary to obtain the typical softness of this dessert.
